THIRD time calling this week for the SAME prescription. Called Monday, long wait time. Requested refill. On Wednesday contacted pharmacy, no prescription called in. Called Adelante, AGAIN, after holding 20 mins, was advised that rep I talked to on Monday never forward the request to my doctor. Called pharmacy this morning, no prescription. Still on phone with Adelante after another long wait, explained that now my doctor is out of the office until next Monday and meds run out tonight. This not an OPIOD so don't know what the issue is now. Customer service is getting worse!

Yes I believe so. My sister was in a program at the clinic, they subsidized prescriptions and labs to some extent. I don't hundred percent remember,it was sometime ago.
