I would definitely see the manager of that place for full information.
Employees there are rude and it's usually a messy ,dirty dining area. I would probably call corporate and complain due to the fact that the managers are buddies with the employees.. Good luck.
Also, you should launch a complaint to cooperate as well. Check their website for the information.

I have had the same problem there. The dinning area is always dirty and the bathrooms are just disgusting! I refuse to bring my grandsons there because it is so gross. The last few times I brought them there, the place was packed with people swearing and behaving badly in front of my grandsons which they do not need to hear that disgusting language. The employees did nothing to stop the teenagers from yelling swears so I walked out. Report this place to cooperate, the managers will do nothing. I would suggest going to the McDonald's on Farmington Ave. The place is always clean and you are treated with respect. It is focused more on family there.
There is always a mgr or asst mgr on duty. Speak to them about the rude employee. Customer should always be treated with respect.
Call there corporate office...have all the info name of person, town and state...plus street name
