It's a park where walk around and they have a small man made beach. Also in rhe park you can have picnic's. It is close to their small town where they have lots of shops and places to eat. I am from Orlando, visiting my sister in Fort Drum, loved it.
You can use one of the viewfinders located on the pavilion to enjoy the view of the St. Lawrence River and the islands. There are two to choose from standing and wheelchair accessible.
You sit back, relax and hang out. Before or after walking around A Bay.
