The whole family is in food service and all do their jobs well. You missed the part of the comment about needing more wait staff. We waited an inordinate amount of time to place our order and couldn't even find our waitress. Two waitresses and the BAR was packed.
Wow! Not really a question. More like a temper tantrum from someone that clearly has no or very little experience in the food service industry. It clearly states bar in the name and when business is slower, in the middle of the week, they only need to open the main portion of the bar. It makes economical sense.
