Beautiful hotel with gorgeous design and in a wonderful location. Unfortunately, the room was very dirty and dusty. There was even hair in the sheets, so likely they weren't cleaned after the previous guests. Additionally, we made reservations for the restaurant and the service was terrible. We waited for nearly an hour before we received the appetizers and never got our drinks. After an hour and 15 minutes, we gave up and left. This hotel has a lot of potential, but lacks the management and staff necessary to run it properly. I let the receptionist know all of this prior to leaving, so hopefully they'll make the necessary changes. Unfortunately the didn't propose any partial refund, only a coupon for the restaurant, which I wasn't interested in after the terrible service.

Had our wedding at Harbor Hotel. It was absolutely beautiful. Lynn and Shannon are rockstar and took away all of our stress and anxiety of such a pivotal life event. Shannon worked extremely hard to make our special day so nice. I recommend this to everyone and will proceed to say great things. I'm so thankful that we found the harbor hotel. The dinner for the wedding was executive chef quality and it was heavenly. Everyone from the front desk to wait staff are very welcoming and you can tell they are in the right line of work with how great their customer service skills are. The scenery around the hotel is breathtaking as well.

A beautiful hotel with friendly service and it really is a great location. We stayed here and went to Alexandria Bay. Was a 20 minute drive but I rather stay here and travel versus stay at one of the resorts in Alexandria Bay because I simply loved it here so much. The neighborhood also has some good eats and beautiful views !! Definitely coming back !

One of my favorite place in this area! Food is absolutely delicious! I love room service and their's is spot on. We went up for our 5th anniversary and to see if we wanted the accommodations for our wedding day. We decided to have the ceremony as well there. Such a beautiful area. Staff was amazing! Extremely friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very clean. I loved the shower! Big enough for 2! 😉 My favorite experience moment was the fact that the entire hotel smell like The Yankee Candle Factory.. Candles smell everywhere.. It was fantastic!Thank you so much to everyone who worked with us. And especially Tommy for showing us around and absolutely making us feel welcomed and encouraged. See you all in July 2022.

Yes, you cannot leave the dog some in the room, you are responsible for cleaning up after your dog, the business doesn't have to allow your animal if the animal is not well trained, is not house broke, is not spayed or neutered, they cannot ask what your disability is nor can they ask for documentation. However they can ask if you are disabled and what service the animal provides for you. If a person falsely claims or misrepresents and animal as a service animal they can be charged with a misdemeanor.

Beautiful hotel with an outstanding view of the seaway...breakfast isn't included, but the location is perfect for touring the thousand islands...BTW, don't miss the boat museum.
