Why have you added instruments and rhythmic clapping to your worship? Where is such an act commanded in the New Testament?

Worship is worship, and *cough *cough look at David worshipping, he always liked the lyre and tambourine, so in modern days there are people who like drums and stringed instruments 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is so untrue. Are you saying that we should listen to the elders even if they are teaching you incorrectly. Instrumental music in the church is not in the New Testament. I will not allow elders to send my soul to Hell.

I am saddened at the change the Churches of Christ has made ..The music and clapping was never a part of our worship while I was growing up in Pearland .We sang and made melody in our heart and didn't need music to fill our needs.God was happy if we sang off key or hit every note perfect.I love my Bro and Sisters in Christ. But I feel the people have become to Liberal and it would be a distraction to worship in that type of atmosphere..We still need to teach fire and brimstone type sermons ..Our Country needs to understand according to God ,Hell is forever If you dont confess his name and be baptized for remission of sins .so Heaven can be your reward..
