If your loved one is already there.. I wouldn't worry about visiting hours. I come all hours of the night & day to check on my mother. They never know when I'm coming. I tell them to let me in the building all hours of the night & I could care less if it makes them mad or not.

no phones provided...as long as you dont complain about anything they let you visit. otherwise they can "they is administration" can make your loved ones dtay difficult. this has been my experience. Food is so bad , if your loved one like hot dogs or sausage dogs made for multiple meal served with chili often for the last meal. Well then yhat should be okfor then. If they have a digestive pronlem or spicy food issues or a heart healthy diet this would not be a good choice. The facility is so cold at night the staff wear coats and cap. They answer lights and you think someone step in off the street to check in. If you have another choice , and time check with the Department of Service Regulations for nursing and rehab , make a visit of the facility at different time. buy a lunch or dinner tray . I aranged for my mom to have a cell. the facility is to call you when an issue like a fall occures...my mom , called the facility didnot. Her care plan was not followed,
