Have an attorney draw up a new deed. Do not risk doing it yourself or some non attorney doing a new deed. If it is botched it could cost you a whole lot more than the cost of a new deed.
It is a simple process. Signatures must be notarized. Attorney's use the same ridiculous forms. Then, it must be recorded at the Register of Deeds. It can be done in person. Some use the benefit of electronic notaries.
