I was just here earlier and as i walk in with my family and friends, a blonde male employee was very rude. I will not becoming back here. It was unnessary and unprofessional. When i was asking questions his tone and attitude were very rude.

My wife & I go there frequently. We've always been treated courteously and professionally. The staff at these type of businesses are typically young and may not have had the best upbringing. Some will not be retained. Maybe the individual that you had the issue with was having a bad day. I recommend that you give the theater another chance.

I went there on Wednesday & they were very polite & helpful. Report this person to manager, definitely.

I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience, but don't let this one young & inexperienced employee & this one unfortunate incident keep you away from a place that is typically a favorite for most people. Surely you're mature enough to not let someone ruin such a great place. If it really bothers you, then discuss it with a manager. He'll probably apologize & make things right for you. In fact, my sister recently reported her popcorn tasted burnt, & the manager was very accommodating & gave her 4 refillable cups that also get a discount every time you get them filled.
