I brought my car in two days ago because my child left my car window rolled down and it poured all night. I told the man at the front desk, after the car was dried out I would also like to have it detailed. A few hours later a lady called me and let me know that the car was ready. I asked her if the car was also detailed, she said no that I never asked for that-she somehow knew this even though she was not within earshot of the conversation. I informed her that I did tell the man at the front desk that I wanted it detailed. She then proceeded to tell me that I did not ask for that. At this point, I was pretty taken back and I told her that I did tell him that I wanted it detailed. She told me a THIRD time that was not the case. I asked for the manager because I don’t appreciate being called a liar. He informed me that there was no time to do it as they would be closing within a couple of hours. HORRIBLE customer service! Please train your employees better. My husband brings both our vehicles there every month or so, our business will be taken elsewhere. Do better Rainforest Carwash.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars, for it is well deserved! I’ve come to this car wash for years, and they never disappoint! It’s unfortunately my first time leaving a review, but I was compelled to share my happiness this time, somehow… Last week, meat was accidentally left in my trunk for 3 days before anyone noticed. The smell was unbearable; even after letting it air out over night🤢 My friends started calling my car “stinky binz!”…It was so embarrassing, I didn't even want to take it to the car wash, but I’m glad I did. David and his crew took care of me, just as they always do! They bombed the car with something to flush out the smell, then shampoo’d the trunk and let the car air out; leaving no remnants of the odor before! Thank you guys sooooo much!!!!……… They do fantastic work on luxury cars…for those that are wondering!
