Sundays i believe, and typically you can play any instruments that can be set up in a reasonable amount of time. Talk with staff prior to showing up for open mic night if you have gear to setup

No open mic night.
They don't generally have Open Mic nights like other places. Karaoke on Tuesday and Friday, but if you eant to perform you'd have to chat with the owner.
