On my first visit here, I met Chase at the customer service counter as soon as you enter into the business. Phenomenal young man with great knowledge on computers. Repaired my very damaged laptop screen in one day and weeks later on a follow-up visit helped me out with a Wi-Fi driver issue at no charge. Very professional, very knowledgeable, a much better alternative to the big box stores.

Brad went over and beyond to help us fix a destroyed iPhone screen. The damage was so bad, the screen underneath the glass was no longer functioning. We thought it was going to require a replacement of the device. But Brad fixed it in a timely manner and the cost was extremely affordable. I highly recommend this business and Brad :)
