You can either buy one that's in the park or bring your own to an empty lot. We only have single lots available right now.. but all mobile homes must be owned by you and you rent the lot from us. Lot rent includes basic cable water and trash. Any questions call the office 368-0934. Thanks.
Usually you buy a new trailer or buy an existing one.
They do not rent you have to buy. There are several for sale now.
