Yes free parking
Parking at this convention center is a regular parking lot. I've been to 2 conventions there and parking for both was free.
It was free for the Gem Show.
With the layout of the parking it appears it will be free. It looks like a shopping center parking lot. No promises but most likely free. The website FAQs mentions free parking
In surrounding areas you will find lot of parking is there including several commercial facility which are free. Surrounded parking is depends on the event organizers who rent the facility.
