Renewed my license and it never showed up, went in and renewed it again and it never showed up again. Paper license expires Monday, Do I need to go renew it again?

Call them to find out if it was lost in mail. Also they should provide you an extension on the paper license

I did call but no one answers, it sends me to the DPS in Austin. I'm going to go into the DPS office here and ask for an extension, thanks.
