The system was down had an apartment but didn't get called all day it don't make no difference where you go back the system was down in the whole state they said
go to the dps website and there should be a spot for making an appointment and once you get there you have to sign in and say what kind of appointment you need and it will show you the locations closest to you and the dates and times that are available
