They release appointments online at 7. Don't go in expecting a same day. Just check online
The lady at DPS told me every morning between 7:15 and 7:30 they open up multiple appointments online for that day. 1st come 1st serve but you have to do it online at that time. She also said they do not accept walk in appointments at all so the only way to get in before the next appointment time is this. Good luck, hope this helps.
You have to make appointment on line but they will make it for that day.
You can go early make a line, save your spot and stay until they open at 7am and they going to give you an appointment the same day.
