She can present her SS card, W-2, birth certificate, etc. for a replacement. Only one document needs to be presented.

Always have photos of the licenses and you can request a replacement on line. Sorry she had it stolen.

Does she have to do it in person she is not in the best of shape she can walk but standing for long periods of time is a problem for her
