Maggie I agree , whoever is making the coffee Mon - Fri mornings now makes it way too strong , I had to tell them 4 times in two weeks to put more cream and sugar in it.The weekend crew have been doing it right, I go there every morning !
That's correct. My cousin works at Dunkin. That's their policy. No longer than 20 minutes.

The coffee is premeasured and is only to sit for no longer than 20 minutes, I would call and ask for a manager or speak to one while you are there, and you could show them these messages too.
