Showed up on a Wednesday. No sigh up and but hours read M-F ,8-4. Somone at another counter told me they were closed on Wednesdays. Like I was supposed to know.
They should put signs on the door that they are closed on Wednesday. I saw so many people go on Wednesday while they were closed.

I was just there recently. The website actually let me make an appointment for Wednesday and when I got there it was closed. When I made an appointment for the next day and got to the office the kiosk would not recognize my appointment. The clerk informed me that the appointment system has not been working correctly. After a 35-minute wait I was able to get my business concluded.
