Excellent customer service. I had a horrible experience with Park Ave Acura in Maywood, NJ after a 8 year relationship. I went to Acura of Montclair and everybody was great, especially Mauricio who was the first person I met. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Then Dan and Juan the auto mechanics . They knew the ins and outs of my vehicle. Awesome job. I would highly recommend Montclair Acura.
At DCH Montclair Acura our guests and employees safety is our top priority. Seating has been rearranged to promote distancing. All staff and guests are required to wear masks at all times. There are plexiglass barriers through the dealership and the facility is cleaned and sanitized throughout the day and a deep cleaning is done weekly. All vehicles being serviced are sanitized prior to being returned to customers and test drive vehicles are also sanitized after every use. We also offer pickup and delivery of vehicles that need to be serviced as well as mobile service for routine maintenance items. If you feel uncomfortable waiting in the dealership, shuttle service, uber, lyft, and loaner cars can be arranged. Lastly, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, we offer at home test drives as well as a buy from home platform which can be accessed on our website. We offer home delivery for purchased vehicles or we can transact in an outside area for added safety. Hope to see you soon!
