Actually, yes you can schedule an appointment online, but they also are accommodating those without appointments only if they have the staff and the time. So you can go there but be prepared to be turned around if they do not have a slot for you. Which is why it is best to schedule first.
You'll have to call and make an appointment. Or you can go online and do it. It'll be a month or possibly 2 before they'll be able to see you.
