dont recommend letting them run your credit here. they did 9 hard inquiries on my credit report. get financed thru your bank or credit u in before shopping at car max.
Be careful, I bought one, payments are too high, and they try to get u to buy worthless extras.
We didn't get service records either. And now that I think about it, no Carfax report, but we were shown ownership history online through something else We didn't get any printout though.
The car I bought included the CarFax history report. I don't believe it came with any service records though.
