This was my first time buying a car here... From the moment I stepped onto the car lot they made me feel welcome.... I went one day & a gentleman by the name of Chris greeted me & rode with me on a test drive & was very friendly & helpful.... Chris even addressed my concern about the paint job on the front bumper & said he would get that taken care of if I bought the car... I wasn't ready to get the vehicle @ that time.... As the week went on I went back to the dealership & This time was greeted by a young man named Jose Rivera.... This Guy is a superstar! He didn't try and win me over with Fancy salesman jargon he didn't even sale me the car per say he was just being himself! Super funny! Super Cool! & Definitely a people person! In fact if you desire to be a car salesman I would recommend getting valuable lessons from Jose himself.... He made me feel like I was family not a customer... It felt like I was talking to a brother from another mother lol 🤣... He didn't rush me and make me feel pressured to buy but he took his time and made me his#1 priority... Even though I had a million questions it felt like he would answer them & when he didn't know something like pricing on a vehicle because they just got the vehicle he didn't mind checking that out for me... Thanks to Nacho as well for getting the pricing on the few vehicles for me that didn't have it.... Jose was straight forward with me and never talked over my head! He also honored Chris statement about getting the bumper painted... In addition to that the few days I got the vehicle upon bringing it back the bumper had a small fender bender if you would & Jose went above & beyond & called his Boss & told him about the situation the Boss stated he would get it fix for little to nothing! Shout out to the Boss & Jose for reliving my concerns about this... Jose called me personally & told me the Good news! For a first time buyer I would definitely want to buy here again... They are for the people... They don't try & rip you off but the cars are set @ reasonable prices & again the Customer service was Top of the line! Jose Chris Nacho the mechanics that fix an small door issue & the body shop & even the Boss of Laguna are truly a Great Team! I had a very pleasant experience with these group of people! I will say this I will definitely tell my family about this car dealership and I recommend Jose Rivera for car salesman of the Year! In the Word's of my favorite Movie coming to America "That boy good".... enjoying the Kia optima

Asked the salesman for a carfax report . He was offended I asked for it . After purchasing vehicle , within a month had to take it back cuz of the check engine light . Had our vehicle 6 months and had a total of 3-4 check engine lights on numerous things to be fixed . Horrible dealership, DO NOT BUY CARS HERE !!!!
