Plugs are plugs. Unless you have your car "tuned". Wont make a differance. Just dont use Autolight or Bosch and use whatever the manufacturer calls for (ex: platinum, double platinum, iridum...etc). And even if you dont use what OEM calls for all that will happen is they burn out faster.

I've been told by a dam good engine builder that copper plugs are the best but wear out much faster than the rest. But they are way better at current transfer. Haven't done the experiment yet but it does make sense. But e3 i have seen some gains from as well.
