You may want to try a factory water pump or a good aftermarket pump, make sure you use good coolant with a 50/50 mixture of distilled water. Don't use tap water in your water and coolant mixture
It would function fine, it is probably overkill. Price wise, the standard belt driven water pump is the cost effective for a daily driver
Ok will my truck seems to go through belt driven water pumps really fast I'm on my 3rd one in about a 120.000 miles. and the last one was a brand new one from napa!
