Unless you Know someone with a cell phone they are the worst. Most answer you could find online.
Call corporate office in Arkansas. They'll take care of all your issues with them.
I would go to the store and ask for manager

You just have to keep calling. Every Walmart does that Don't know why!
Google Selma Walmart it might give you a managers number. If that don't work then you would have to go in person and talk to a manager...or Supervisor about your situation...
