I am a regular Walmart shopper but I do agree with this patron. You usually get the lowest price (but not always) but one must factor in the frustration and annoyance that invariably taints every trip to Walmart. The inability to manage inventory so that customers can find every item on their list, in stock and available consistently, only 1 or 2 open registers when huge lines exist, "blind, deaf & dumb" associates that can be of little value when seeking products or planning a home project, shifting policies on returns/exchanges, snatching your cart away when left unattended for just a moment while shopping (and the unwillingness to return the cart to you (which consumed 90 minutes of shopping to gather your items in the first place), and on and on. This is an area where the world's largest retailer really falls down. I find Target a vastly superior experience with higher quality associates, better service and competitive prices.
That's what they do they only have two characters just to serve all these people
Totally agree with your assessment! However, you have to factor in location of store. I travel way out-of-town to Sanger(ok,it's not way out-of-town) to the Walmart there...day & night difference. Larger, more(maintained) inventory and good to great customer service.
Only go once every 2 or 3 months and go thru self serve
Excellent
