Does the bakery make doll cakes where the doll dress is made of cake

They might've able to if you schedule it ahead of time.

I have seen one YEARS ago, can always call to ask to see if they can make one for you special order.

I know they do bake nice cakes there. We've purchased many over the years. I'd call the store to ask that question.

I agree with the others, you should call and check what they're willing to do. Still, they make wonderful cakes, and I've always found the staff in the bakery helpful and polite.
