Hi I just want know 5 things 1 is do u have a wrestling class 2 is what do they teach you in the MMA class and 3 do u have to pay to use the equipment weghits punching bag ect 4 do u have regular boxing. 5 do we have to pay for cross fit area

Hi Adrian, 1. Our MMA coach has over 20 years of wrestling as well as over 25 pro fights several championships. Additionally he is a Jiu Jitsu Black Belt 2. We teach MMA in our MMA classes. Techniques come from Boxing, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai and MMA specific techniques. 3. All members have access to weights and bags. 4. We do not have regular boxing as a specific class. Boxing however is aggressively part of our Muay Thai Program as our Muay Thai is more Dutch Style which puts greater emphasis on hands. For MMA purposes, this works best. 5. All members have access to crossfit and other equipment. Have fun Eric
