They just pop open my back gate. I have a dog and things back there, they just break stuff when opening the gate without a care. No call, no knock, absolutely nothing just walk into my backyard. We have cameras and he's on there just opening the gate. So i go to walkout there and there's some guy back there acting as if I'm wrong for walking into my own yard! This is unbelievable and not professional at all! I'm sure they have protocols and a 24 hr notice saying they need to get back there but nope not one of those things was done. Had he knocked I would have gladly opened the gate for him.

If you dont have a smartmeter, & your meter is blocked, then PG&E will estimate your bill, based upon premise historical average.

Depending upon where you live, PG&E might be your electric provider. Some people live in other electric jurisdiction. Like MID, Modesto Irrigation District, or SMUD, in Sacramento. So the best advice I can give you is Look at your Electric Meter, it should say the name of your ELECTRIC COMPANY.
