You may bring your binoculars. However, i'd strongly recommend arriving before peak dining hours so that you can be seated at a table with a clear view overlooking the Hudson.
You can go on the outside veranda and deck and view the Beautiful Bridges and Walkway Over The Hudson.
Bring binoculars and a barf bag if you intend to eat there.
