You can pay them, but they wont smog your car. I went there twice, paid twice, was told my car did not pass, took it somewhere else, and it did. Turns out they never even tested my car, yet i paid for services not rendered. I would advise you do not go to SunnySkys Smog.
I paid $45 last time. I have been going there for years, and they are always fast and friendly.
They have a coupon online for 45$ if you can get them to honor it (call first and depending on who you get, they just might but remember their name)
