They absolutely do. They price you depending on length and texture because of the amount of time required to do the service. Be aware that styles and cuts will be additional, so let them know up front what the full scope of work will be. I've been going there over a year and they are a little slow but price and quality are why I continue to return.
They do. For some reason I think they "supposedly" go by hair texture and/or length.
To my knowledge, they do relaxers. I am not sure if the pricing for a relaxer
