Fresno is the 6th city in THE ENTIRE NATION for uneducated people. The Cherry auction dog sellers probably account for 95% of the fools. Also... Fresno SPCA is the highest kill shelter in California. Why? Uneducated people, and that's a fact.
I see dogs there all the time
Ive seen some people carrying their puppies but never any big dogs on leashes..so im not too sure. You can also try and call and ask them.
