Does this church believe LGBTQIA people should be ordained ministers or should be allowed to get married in the church?

As the pianist here, I believe the congregation is voting soon to decide whether or not to become a reconciling congregation. Personally, I have a rainbow wrapped around the piano's lid stick and nobody has asked me to remove it.
