It was suggested eating there one Sunday. Some friends said no because it seemed only a "certain group" of people are welcome there. They were treated very poorly and walked out. Is this true?

I've been there a few times - usually sit at the bar and get my food to go. Everyone has been very friendly!

I went there while in town for business and the staff was fantastic. Sat at the bar and was well-taken care of by a super nice Indian gentleman. You'll be fine.
