Words cannot express the disappointment and regret I have with using this company. They are crooks. Lock you into a price, say one thing when selling and it's another in contract!!! Read EVERYTHING! Won't let you out of a contract, even for military. The sales men pressured us big time. Way to expensive! We now have ADT. Great service actually has recording available which VIO charges you extra for, no contract and DID NOT make us finance equipment. Horrible condescending conversations. Don't waste your time here.

This place is the worst. Never get an alarm system from them. Horrible customer service and response. Please save money and go somewhere else. Horrible alarm system company.

Customer service is horrible and they will make your rate go up unless you sign a contract for several years. Currently stuck with a 3-year contract.

YES!!! AWFUL COMPANY.

Has anyone tried to cancel GHS only to find out they automatically renewed your contract without your permission and claim they needed a 30 day notice? Well this happened to my husband and I. The fee is over $700

Yes. My parent was charged $1,800 for her system. I have financial POA and this never should have happened. Nothing I can do. Lawyer fee is more than the cost of contract.

Have ghs security been trying to get ciustomer service for 3 days i wear a alert monitor and it broke does anyone know why they don`t answer phone

they haven't been in the office. apparently, they say that they have had outages and no service (ironic) so they just didn't go into the office. Good thing you didn't have a medical emergency-you could have sued them
