For the protection of our customers, their pets and our staff, the Upper Paw is maintaining the COVID-19 safety protocols we have had in place since June 2020 requiring properly work masks while in the store. We respect your right not to wear a mask and we hope you respect our right to require individuals to wear them while inside our business. If you choose not to wear a mask, please wait outside or in your car and call 214-760-9991. We will be happy to do your shopping for you. Or call ahead and we'll have your order ready when you arrive. We encourage social distancing while in the store though it's difficult when there's a new puppy visiting. Stay safe and stay well.
