Why is it that tenants can't park in there own parking lot due to visitors taking up all parking and the manager said there is nothing they can Do? They should be sending out reminders that company parking should not utilize all tenants parking.

At our Apartments, there are very few visitor parking spots. We are required to display parking permants. The tenants use up all the visitor spots. While we have tenant spots empty. And our guests are booted. We are on a main road. So there is absolutely no street parking. We are told to have our guests park in the business parking lots behind us. But, they are still at risk for being towed. The parking situations are horrible.

Years back The "Delevoper" and owner made an agreement to share our parking with housing. Housing has left.. The building does have an outpatient recovery program for crystal methamphetamine. Access, (medical, mental and PHARMACY). The HUD VASH REMAINS!!! Many of our Tennant's would love at the VERY least.. employees use the many paid parking lots. Their clients cannot use this parking area either because it's all clogged up their parking. I don't think we whom live here should be inconvenienced by people who work in a building that has nothing to do with us...
