To get the best info on all the fresh meats, asking the guys behind the meat counters can help answer that. I buy the package Salmon and it is farmed and feed dye to make it the pink "salmon" color.
They buy their meat directly from the manufacturers and farmers...cuts out the middleman distribution which is why it costs less than other places passing the savings on to it's customers.
