They are not opened completely, however, they have pre packed a lot of it with predetermined amounts. They have the average of what people buy for example bags of rice set to 1lb each and you just get the amount of bags you want. Not everything is stocked up because they bag it as needed, and they are just starting to catch up. Its an 85% chance they have it, but I would recommend calling them.
