It's ridiculous why bother to have a phone number if no one is going to answer. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lots of employees walking around and chatting amongst each other but not assisting the customers.
Why does Beaumont Lowes feel that they can take payment for home improvement materials but NOT deliver them? NOR return my money after it all being over a week late? Thieves.
