Ritter Lumber was great, after going to the other big box store where several of employees were just looking at there phones, my wife and I left there to go to Ritter Lumber and as soon as we walked in the door Nate greeted us and asked if he could be of some assistance. He showed us to the area we were looking for. There was not one we needed on the shelf so he checked and stated there were two in the back. He went to the back and got our item assisting us to the front of the store and helping us load our item. The other store could take some pointers from Nate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank You Nate for a great experience at Ritter Lumber.

Leaving the parking lot there is a drop off that is about a foot down. We hit so hard my truck lost the front fender well and all of its water. I hope they help me get my truck back to work. And fix their parking lot. I am sure i am not the only one this has happened to.

The lumber department is slower than cold molasses. First they said they didn't have one of the two items I wanted, then another person said they had 300 of them and spent 45 minutes looking for it, only to find the first person was right.
