You will need a co-signer and have insurance on the car. But be aware, if you wreck and you do not have a license, 1 the insurance will not be valid, 2 you will very likely automatically be responsible for the other car, 3 car mart will likely pull it's collateral...meaning repo the car.
They wont sell you a car at all with a liecense or insurance. You have tobhave insurance to even drive off the lot and you need a license to get insurance. So the answer to your question is no.
