Your best bet is to go there I've been going there for almost 2 years and I always had to ask them anything at my appointment. Unfortunately there is usually only 1 person at the desk and she is really busy
Leave messages they are super busy but when it's your turn the doctors will not just push you out the door they listen to you and answer every question they really care and the ladies at the desk deal with a lot. Thank you to the doctors and the apps and of course the ladies at the desks..
