Well after 9 years, I didn't think this would ever happen. I had an appointment on 08/02/2022, I need everyone to understand that I was having a bad day,( first time ever having a bad at my appointment) usually my bad days start after I leave. First let me begin my bad day, I was at the hospital with my daughter since 5::00am, so I was tired when I went to my appointment, so after I was done talking to the doctor, I was waiting to be called up so I could schedule my appointment, the girl behind the desk never even acknowledged me standing there, then she told me I already had an appointment scheduled which I knew I didn't and she said" well we don't just plug people in, then I went to schedule for my injections and she said that it wasn't letting her so she got up and walked away (I thought she was going to get help) so I waited and waited.. she came out and said it isn't letting her that I had to call because it wasn't her job to figure out why, so I asked to speak to the office manger and she also told me that she didn't have to tell me why it wouldn't let her schedule me, so I simply said I can see i am going to get no where with you and I walked out. The funny thing is, the appointment that they said was mine was actually my cousin's. So now we move on, on August 4,2022 I was discharged from the office because for misbehavior of conduct even though I never raised my voice, we were in a private room, I never threatened or cursed at anybody. Nobody returns your phone calls so you can speak on your behalf so you can try to get things fixed, especially after being a patient for 9 years and never a problem. The first time you have a bad day because your life is falling apart you're hurting, you're told you can't be a patient there. They don't even give you warning, there's nothing. So if you plan on going here just make sure that you are not having a bad day because they will discharge you as a patient. Worst part is Dr. Slevin is a wonderful doctor. And it is a shame that he doesn't know half of the things that are going on in his office. The worst part of all this, if you read the reviews it is all about getting medicine, I just want to be treated fairly and this is what I get.

Dr Iqbal is best Dr. My mom satisfied with him and we truly recment him my mom miss him so much she said only sge want to check up to only Dr iqbal God give him special thing(shiffa)in his hand.she want him back

The doctors here a great!! If you need help with pain these doctors are some of the best in the 🌎. I have hardware in my back and I'm a cancer survivor with one kidney. Dr. Slevin cares about you when he first come in and continues after he leaves the room, he is a phone call away. North American spine and pain thank you for helping me with my chronic pain you have help me be mobile and my pain has seen good and bad days but with out your help I wouldn't be able to walk.
