What hours are the market open to the public?

Only on Tuesday. Almost all day but it is better to go early in the morning for good deals and bigger selection of items.

Every Tuesday. Gates open for the public at 6:30am. Some vendors won't be set up till around 7 or 7:30am. Some vendors will leave around noon, most vendors leave around 2 or 3pm.

most of the stalls are open and set up by 730am and it dies down around 3pm. the earlier the better though for good finds and less heat.
