Apartments are nice but office staff has attitude problems and are rude. Especially an older Hispanic lady with curly hair, I’m not sure if her name is Mayeli. Makes residents not feel welcome and speaks to us in a condescending demeanor. It’s definitely a problem that needs to be fixed immediately!

The upstairs units have all carpet, downstairs has hardwood
Depends on your credit and rental history. I didnt have any rental history so it was double. I'm not sure if it's the same for everyone. Call and ask. Mine was 500 plus 500.
