We went on the most crowded day of the year. They open up every year for Mother's Day and offer reduced admission prices. While there were a few waits, especially to see the Amazon rainforest, overall it was pretty easy to get around even with that crowd

No it is not overly crowded. I had been hinting to go for over a year. My son noticed and he and my daughter-in-law took me for Mother's Day.
Not crowded, easy to move around with a stroller. Bring quarters to by food to feed the critters.
